Delivery times are approximate and are given for information only. For any order involving a patina or shoe repair, longer preparation times will be observed due to the specific nature of the order.

How do I return an order ?

Orders may be returned free of charge* within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Shoes that have been personalised due to an act of shoemaking or patina cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have bought from a Septième Largeur boutique? Go to the original place of purchase for any exchange or credit note. Please note that it is not possible to obtain a refund if the purchase was made in a boutique, only an exchange or credit note is possible. Refunds are only possible for online purchases.

STEP 1

Register your return

  1. Go to your customer account and click on "Make a return". You will need your order number and the associated email address.
  2. You can then select all the items you wish to return, choosing the reason for the return for each one. Once you have added all the items you wish to return, click on validate.

Preparing your return

Shoe condition

Products must be returned in new condition, meaning tried on but not worn. Products must be returned in their original box or packaging.

We recommend that you try your shoes on a rug to avoid any marks or scratches on the soles.

Return form

Put your products to be returned and your completed returns form in the parcel, and stick the returns label on it. The returns form is required so that our teams can identify you and process your refund.

Return package

The shoes must be returned in their original box, which must not be used as a package.

Put the shoe box back in the original packaging (or another one), then tape it up! Any missing or damaged shoebox will be charged €10.

STEP 3

Post your package

  1. Go to your nearest post office to drop off your package. You can also drop off your package at one of our boutiques in Paris.
  2. We will send you a confirmation message when we receive your package. Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within approximately one week.
